Refund & Return Policy

At R.A. Stapp Books, we want every reader to have a smooth, reliable, and enjoyable experience.
Because our catalog includes digital eBooks and downloadable content, some refund limitations apply.
Please review the full policy below.

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

All digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once a file has been delivered or download access has been granted, it cannot be returned.
This is a standard policy across the publishing and digital content industry.

A refund for digital items will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error
  • A technical issue on our website prevented downloading or accessing the file
  • An incorrect or corrupted file was delivered (rare)

If you experience technical problems, email stappra@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

Print Books (If Offered in the Future)

Physical books may qualify for returns if all conditions below are met:

  • The book is unopened, unused, and in new condition
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged

If a book arrives damaged or defective, please include photos in your email so we can process a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • Digital products: No exchanges permitted
  • Print books: Exchanges may be offered only for items damaged during shipping

Order Cancellation

  • Digital orders: Cannot be canceled once the download link has been sent
  • Print orders: May be canceled within 12 hours if the order has not entered processing

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • The reason for the request
  • Any screenshots or proof of error (if applicable)

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit/debit card).
